We went to our resident mixologist, Forrest Taylor, for an amazing drink, and he gave it to us; The Spanish Fly!  Its a perfect drink for enjoying your day in Laguna Beach with a savory froth, a bit of spice from the Jalapeno and the refreshment from the cucumber.  Cheers!

Fill Shaker with Ice
Add 1 slice of Jalapeno
Add 3 slices of Cucumber
Muddle
Add 2oz Pineapple Infused Agave Underground Silver
(splash of Pineapple juice can suffice)
Squeeze half a lime
1/2 oz Blue Agave Nectar
Splash of Pasteurized Egg Whites
Rim half Martini glass with Lime Infused Smoked Sea Salt
Shake hard to break up Jalapeno and Cucumber and create froth
Strain into glass
Dust slice Cucumber in Lime Infused Smoked Sea Salt for garnish
