The Paloma

Five Crowns in Corona Del Mar is a historical amazing restaurant with a revamped menu and bar. Koire is an amazing mixologist with all homemade ingredients. He made us a few cocktails and was kind enough to let us film along with Jim. Enjoy the first in the series; The Paloma!

1.5oz Agave Underground Anejo
3/4oz Thyme Infused Agave Nectar
Pour into Tall Glass
Crush Ice in Pint Glass
Pour into Tall Glass
White Grapefruit Juice (charged with CO2)
Garnish with Flowering Spring Thyme
